What Happened to Strike? (And Purplebricks' Free Listings)

Strike began as HouseSimple, was renamed Strike in 2020 and bought Purplebricks for a nominal £1 in May 2023. The Strike brand was retired in December 2023 and you can no longer sell through it. The free-listing model launched in December 2023 and was removed during 2025; Purplebricks now sells one paid package from £1,599 inc VAT. Facts and prices checked August 2026.
