Founded in 2010 by Russell Quirk, it entered administration in December 2018; the brand was bought by Mashroom in 2019 for £232,500, then sold in May 2024 to family-run Griffin Property Co (Griffin Residential Ltd, director Nick Neale) and relaunched in August 2024.
